Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, prospect, and develop a pipeline of strategic partners and early adopter clients relevant to our goals.</li><li>Lead negotiations and secure initial agreements, including Letters of Intent (LOIs), pilot projects, and commercial contracts.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across industry and potentially government sectors in Indonesia.</li><li>Represent the company in meetings and communications with potential government partners or regulatory bodies.</li><li>Actively support investor relations and fundraising activities, potentially including preparing pitch materials, participating in investor meetings, and communicating company progress.</li><li>Collaborate with the Founder/CEO to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.</li><li>Provide market feedback to the product and engineering teams to inform product development.</li><li>Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new growth opportunities within the EdTech sector.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Proven track record of success (ideally 2+ years) in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Development, or a similar role, preferably within the tech or startup ecosystem.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in identifying, negotiating, and closing complex deals and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
