Responsibilities:<ul><li>Works closely with the National Manager, Account Manager &amp; Regional Cluster Manager team to strategize, build &amp; develop relationships with customers. With a view to establishing a strong pipeline within the assigned business sectors.</li><li>In conjunction with FS colleagues, work across the network to develop opportunities in the assigned business sectors.</li><li>Achieve KPI Sales Calls / Face to face visit and update the internal CRM system-Port360.</li><li>Sales Create pipeline of target or prospect customers make presentations.</li><li>For new accounts, ensure registration of respective BLA entity is performed and submitted.</li><li>Collaborate with the bidding team. Ensuring all RFQ, tenders &amp; quotations are professionally presented &amp; on time.</li><li>Ensure FS’s contractual risks are always protected. Customers’ credit terms and outstanding payables are as per the contracted terms agreed.</li><li>Upon receiving the contract award, seeks to hand over all commercial aspects to the relating operations manager for job execution.</li><li>Annually provides budgeting &amp; business plans to be in conjunction with the National Manager team</li><li>When required must organize, plan &amp; travel across Indonesia or potentially abroad.</li><li>Builds &amp; develops relationships with multiple stakeholders and product head across Indonesia.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Preferred to hold a degree in a business or marketing related subject.</li><li>Must have minimum 10 years’ experience working in the Freight Forwarding company.</li><li>Experience in engaging commercially with general cargo customers.</li><li>Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, MS Project.</li><li>Having knowledge to selling Air/Sea, Import/Export, Customs clearance and warehouse / contract logistics.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically and potentially abroad as required.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with regional and national teams.</li></ul>
