We are seeking suitably qualified individuals (Full-time) to join us as:FRONT OFFICE SUPEVISORResponsibilities:<ul><li>Ensuring that all customer service standards are met and that guests receive outstanding care</li><li>Greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance</li><li>Responding to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner</li><li>Support, assist, and train team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints</li><li>Assess team members' performance against standards.</li><li>Prepare job schedules for team members to meet business needs</li><li>Establish good communication with the Housekeeping team.</li><li>Assist in the training of team members ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency.</li><li>Perform all other duties as requested</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Min.
