Guest Relations • Overseeing guest check-in and check-out procedures. • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. • Building strong relationships with guests to foster repeat business. • Resolving guest issues and ensuring guest satisfaction. Staff Management • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping, maintenance, front house, FB service and other villa staffs. • Creating and implementing staff schedules and rosters. • Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback. • Ensuring staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
