We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Founder in managing day-to-day tasks, operations, and strategic priorities. This role demands discretion, efficiency, and a deep understanding of luxury, professionalism, and brand tone.Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support• Manage the Founder’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.• Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the Founder.2. Project Management• Assist in tracking and prioritizing key business initiatives and deadlines.• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of tasks.• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.3.
