JOB DESCRIPTION<ul><li>Mencari, dan menyusun ide kreatif menjadi konten banner atau video untuk keperluan organik maupun ads dengan fokus goal engagement rate di berbagai social media (IG, Youtube, podcast)</li><li>Membuat dan mengeksekusi content plan yang sudah disetujui secara mingguan dan selalu mencari cara terbaik untuk meningkatkan engagement dari content tersebut</li><li>Meriset, mencari dan bernegosiasi dengan content collaborator hingga mengeksekusi agar menjadi content</li><li>Berkoordinasi dengan team lainnya dalam eksekusi content</li></ul>REQUIREMENT<ul><li>Proaktif dan berinisiatif tinggi dalam memberikan ide dan mengeksekusi pekerjaan yang diberikan.</li><li>Kemauan yang tinggi untuk improvement kualitas diri serta kualitas kerja.</li><li>Dapat mengoperasikan software editing video seperti CapCut</li><li>Dapat bekerja bersama team maupun secara mandiri</li><li>Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Cipondoh, Tangerang</li><li>Kreatif, inovatif, dan up to date terhadap tren dalam pengembangan content.</li><li>Memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang serupa</li></ul>
