SummaryAs Compliance Officer, she/he will responsible to ensure organization adheres to legal regulations, internal policies, and industry standards by monitoring, auditing, training, and managing risks.Responsibilities· Monitoring laws and regulations development and ensure the company’s compliance with prevailing regulations.· Conducting gap analysis of newly issued regulations and amendments· Monitoring and ensure all of the mandatory and/or ad-hoc regulatory reporting to OJK and other competent authorities/regulators submitted in a timely manner.· Providing compliance advices to internal stakeholders regarding the compliance of product and other company initiatives with prevailing laws and regulations· Ensuring policy &amp; procedure related to the implementation of the AML, CFT, &amp; CFPWMD Program have been implemented to Company.· Conduct internal control in relation of adequacy of company’s compliance· Mitigating violations of laws and regulations set by the government and regulators and respond to possible compliance violations· Review company's policies, SOP, working guidelines to ensure the compliance based on regulation.· Responsible to conduct Compliance Training, AML and CFT Training, and Fraud Awareness Training for new employees and refreshment training to all employees.Qualifications· Minimum Bachelor Degree from Law, Management, or related major· Have at least 3 years experiences as Compliance Officer &amp; Risk Management in Insurance or Financial Services· Excellent knowledge related to law and regulations· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.· Strong analytical to interpret complex documents and policies accurately· Have attention to detail to identify and correct risky practices· Have collaborative skills and open communication both within the team, outside the team and also with regulators.· Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines

Summary:This position will be expected to identify potential distribution partners and how ADB can partner up further with those distribution partners. This role will require 50% of working time to face distribution partners and typically from travel &amp; tourism industry, but may expand later to lifestyle partners. He/she will be expected to have sales skillset with excellent communication, negotiation skill, and great logical thinking.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify leads and acquire Indonesia travel &amp; tourism players and leverage partners, industry and data-backed insights.</li><li>Upsell and cross-sell ADB products to achieve revenue goals and outserve ADB distribution partners in travel &amp; tourism sector.</li><li>Prospect, build and maintain a strong pipeline of deals, and actively track performance against the given distribution partner acquisition and sales target.</li><li>Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop solutions that best address consumer needs while simultaneously meeting performance objectives.</li><li>Present plans based upon data driven insights to establish revenue goals and business plans that advance the partner’s performance while also working on new lifestyle initiatives and launches.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor Degree with 4 years experience with proven track record of managing and growing client/ partner accounts.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.</li><li>Ability to understand and analyze simple business data to influence decisions.</li><li>Excellent Microsoft Office skills.</li><li>Proficient in English (Speaking, Reading &amp; Writing)</li></ul>
