Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs</li><li>Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers</li><li>Manage purchase orders and delivery schedules</li><li>Ensure product quality, quantity, and pricing meet company standards</li><li>Coordinate with the kitchen and warehouse team to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier agreements</li></ul>✅ Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in the F&amp;B or hospitality industry</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of food and kitchen supply chain is a plus</li><li>Familiar with procurement software or MS Excel</li><li>Good attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Based in Bali or willing to relocate</li></ul>
