Deskripsi pekerjaan : <ul><li>Membangun relasi yang kuat dengan pihak toko </li><li>Bangun relasi kuat dengan Owner bagian pembelian, atau “tangan kanan owner” </li><li>Gali informasi untuk lebih kenal dengan pihak toko, seperti nomor telepon, hobby, apa yang disukai/ apa yang tidak disukai, ulang tahun </li><li>Meningkatkan sales di outlet yang di-cover: </li><li>Review sales trend toko </li><li>Komunikasikan promo yang berjalan </li><li>Meningkatkan varian produk </li><li>Data stock yang akurat dan menata produk di toko </li><li>Pahami issue yang ada di toko </li><li>Kompetitor promo –catat dan laporkan Issue operasional toko –tagihan, kiriman(terlambat / tidak sesuai pesanan) </li><li>Diskusikan issue dengan PIC dengan tim Sales </li><li>Dapatkan proposal order, pastikan order tersebut diinput salesman, dan dikirim Kualifikasi : </li><li>Diutamakan D3/S1 atau SMA/SMK Berpengalaman sebagai Wholesaler atau Sales B2B </li><li>Maks Usia 35 tahun </li><li>Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik </li><li>Siap berkerja dibawah tekanan dengan target</li></ul>
