Job Description :<ul><li>Overseeing and directing performance of the reservation sales team for MICE, Group Operation.</li><li>Managing individual and team performance to meet sales quotas (manage emails related to MICE groups and Leisure Groups inquiries to ensure that all leads are addressed).</li><li>Assess the requirements and the competition for each group lead before sending a proposal to the client.</li><li>Manage client's incentive trips, meeting, event and group travel requirements.</li><li>Coordinate and manage extensive travel logistics, accommodation, transfers and ancillary services.</li><li>Coordinate and negotiate budgets and source appropriate venues/destinations specific to the client's needs.</li><li>Working with airlines, hotels, tour operators to develop various plans and itineraries.</li><li>Coordinate both with business partners Agents overseas and suppliers on booking arrangement and quotation.</li><li>Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.</li><li>Recruiting and letting go of sales representatives.</li><li>Analyzing the real-time and past data to improve performance levels.</li><li>Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding service.</li><li>Ability to think out of the box in creating and presenting new ideas and proposals.</li></ul>Requirements :<ul><li>Minimum 5 year experience in related field of travel industry.</li><li>Good understanding of Inbound Travel Agency.</li><li>Advanced time management skills Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Experience using Tour Plan is added advantage to manage the sales process and forecast sales.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.</li><li>Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.</li><li>Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives Planning, organization and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
