Qualifications: <ul><li>Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in any field </li><li>Preferable to have experience in Customer Service (but not essential) </li><li>Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply </li><li>Required language(s): Good Command of the English language </li><li>Excellent phone manner </li><li>A hard working and dedicated approach </li><li>Willing to work in night shift </li></ul>Responsibilities <ul><li>Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations &amp; surveys </li><li>Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries </li><li>Quality check online reports &amp; surveys according to set service standards Assist in recruiting new shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region to boost database. </li></ul>If you think you are the right person for this challenging role, we’d love to hear from you.
