People come first. without hospitality, we cannot exist. we create a space where people belong. everyone has a place at the table: guests, team members, and suppliers. the name “Collective Grounds” represent our vision and it serves as a reminder that we can achieve great things when we work together and that sometimes all it takes is a cup of coffee to bring people together.
