Child Aid Papua Foundation empowers Papuan children through education, health, and conservation. Our Bilingual Junior High School and Ecotourism High School equip youth with skills in sustainable tourism, hospitality, and environmental conservation, helping them build self-sufficient futures while protecting Raja Ampat’s biodiversity. We also support health, nutrition, and community development for long-term growth.

With conservation education at our core, we teach children and communities to protect marine and natural resources. By fostering a deep connection to their environment, we empower future conservation leaders who balance development with sustainability, working alongside local and global partners to safeguard Papua’s heritage.

We are seeking an experienced educator who is committed to nurturing the academic and personal growth of our students. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on teaching (preferably English).
