Job Descriptions: Client Relationship Management Finding new opportunities for growth as well as maintaining the retaining clients. Strategic Account Planning : Plan budgets and activities for account management in the company. Leading clients' campaign advertising strategies. Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business. Project Oversight : Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, production, etc.) to ensure seamless project delivery. Set up goals and objectives for all subordinate staff, as well as leading them, Reporting & Analytics : Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics. Requirements: Have been an Account Director or Account Manager for min. 5 years. Demonstrate ability to grow accounts and build client relationships. Strong presentation skills. Experience in managing people and teams. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. A goal-oriented/hunter mindset. Having experience in fast-paced digital agency is preferable
