Qualifications & experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in MICE, Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Having minimum 3 year(s) of working experiences as Account Executive or Marketing Executive in Agency Company or Event Organizer

  • Having excellent communication, interpersonal, positive attitude

  • Self-motivated and team work personality

  • Able to work in dynamic environment and have a strong problem solving skill

  • Persuasive and active in the brainstorming

  • Have experience participating in event organizer tenders in government and private sector

  • Fluent in English  & Mandarin (oral & written) and have a good administration skill

  • Have a client service oriented

  • Willing to travel outside the city and have the flexible time

Tasks & responsibilities

 

  • Setting the standard quality of event or projects

  • Looking for new client/prospect to increased sales

  • Analyze related to client needs

  • Serving and providing solution for every need put forwards by client

  • Maintain a good relationship with client intensely from the beginning until completion

  • Negotiating in contract agreement in order to achieve a maximum profit

  • Arranging budget for event & Prepare data and tender documents

  • Create a strategy to determine achievement targets

  • Make and submit periodic reports to internal and external parties regarding the development of on going projects

  • Make a collaboration with other department and vendor to create a great services for the client
