Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring client satisfaction. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives. • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop and execute effective social media, marketing, and branding campaigns. • Present campaign ideas, strategies, and performance reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, ensuring campaigns meet client goals and KPIs. • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services to clients. • Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally. • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to provide clients with innovative solutions. • Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Qualifications: • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. • Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and branding. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback. • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Proficiency in using analytics tools and project management software. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
