Account Executive

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. - 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, electric vehicles, energy solutions, or related industries. - Experience in B2B sales or partnerships is a plus, especially in ride-hailing or logistic companies. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. - Have exceptional and demonstrated written and verbal language skills (both Indonesian and English). What You Will Do: - Identify and develop new opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and client referrals. - Understand client needs and present solutions tailored to meet their operational, sustainability, and business goals. - Create, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements with clients. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and client retention. - Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners. - Provide regular reports on sales forecasts, activities, and performance. Including maintaining records of sales activities, client communications, and deals with the sales management team. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences. - Provide feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams to improve service offerings and strategic direction.
