Core Responsibilities:

Create presentations and business analytics.

Identify strategic sales opportunities for merchants.

Maintain databases and provide business reports.

Offer troubleshooting support as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce.

Experience as a relationship officer or in administration.

Ability to work under pressure.

Desirable Skills:

Basic office skills, especially in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Good communication with stakeholders within the team.

Basic proficiency in English.
