Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. • Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications, inquiries, and requests. • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to provide tailored solutions. • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify new opportunities for collaboration. 2. Project Coordination: • Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to plan and execute digital projects. • Create project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets. • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring project requirements are met. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. 3. Strategic Planning: • Work closely with clients to develop strategic digital marketing plans aligned with their business goals. • Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices. • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to existing clients based on their evolving needs and objectives. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. 4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and initiatives. • Prepare regular performance reports for clients, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and actionable insights. • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, refine tactics, and drive continuous improvement. 5. Team Leadership and Collaboration: • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by effectively communicating goals, expectations, and feedback to internal teams. • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding them in project execution and client management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and drive innovation in digital solutions. 6. Business and Client Searching: • Actively participate in pitching activities, including preparing presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients. • Research and identify prospective clients within target industries or markets. • Conduct outreach and networking activities to establish connections and initiate conversations with potential clients. • Lead the client acquisition process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and onboarding. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience 5 year with minimum of 1 year working as an account manager in a digital agency or similar environment. • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, content marketing, and advertising. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. • Exceptional client management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations. • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve shared goals. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. • Familiarity with industry tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Supermetrics, etc, is a plus.
