Facecook Ads Manager, SEO Tools. and systems like Marketing cloud or braze Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships. - Develop and execute strategic plans to meet client objectives across digital marketing, social media, ads, web development, and customer engagement campaigns. - Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, technical, and strategy teams, to deliver high-quality work that aligns with client expectations. - Identify opportunities for account growth through up-selling and cross-selling additional services. - Prepare and present campaign performance reports, project updates, and recommendations to clients. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively. - Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
