Account Manager - Surabaya

Job Desc:

• To maintain and improve merchants' transactions through certain initiatives.

• To invite merchants to join community groups and engage them in both WhatsApp and fb communities.

• To invite and conduct offline engagement workshop

• To create weekly reporting and present OKR result

• To help merchants to solve any reported issue, inform them of the latest news, directions, or product updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent

• Having exposure in community engagement and event planning

• Having exposure in account management role

• Having at least one year of experience in areas like Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Community Engagement, or Customer Services, both offline and online

• Tech savvy with social media proficiency that could support them in managing multiple groups of communication and engaging with merchant partners in effective manners.
