Key Responsibilities - Account Manager • Ensure the achievement of project and campaign KPIs, focusing on maintaining a high success rate across all deliverables. • Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure the on-time delivery of campaigns and initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of their goals and expectations. • Drive client satisfaction through excellent service, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering trust. • Develop and submit creative project proposals to clients, meeting monthly and quarterly targets for proposal submissions and closed deals. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value and drive revenue growth. • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Digital, and Account Executives, to align project execution with client objectives. • Provide comprehensive performance reports to clients, using data to highlight successes and identify areas for improvement. • Stay informed on industry trends to inform campaign strategies and ensure innovative solutions for clients. • Act as a strategic partner to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as an Account Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in a digital marketing agency or related industry. • Strong understanding of project management, client relationship management, and business development. • Ability to meet performance targets, including KPI achievement and client satisfaction. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to maintain and develop client relationships. • Analytical skills with experience in tracking project metrics and presenting insights. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, project management software, and CRM platforms. • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • A proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate dynamic client needs and industry trends.
