Person in charge who responsible for :

Monitoring Proof of Delivery (PoD) collection from Logistic and Customer Care Team in area, to ensure the hardcopy supporting document is complete in order to Customer’s invoice submission process.

Invoice submission to Customer’s locket and ensure the process are done accurately, completely and timely based on Customer’s guidance and requirement.

Act as an Finance Billing representative in area to manage the collection of PoD and Invoice submission process.

General Requirements :

Male with max. age of 35 years old

Education background minimum D3

Having work experience for a minimum 6 months in Finance or Sales related

Willing to work under pressure

Customer-focused mindset

Hard working and able to work independently & team

Willing to work under 3rd parties agency

Proficient in driving motorcycle

Have a valid driver’s license (SIM C)

Have own motorcycle for work purposes (to Customer’s locket)
