Account Officer Billing

General Job Desc :

Person in charge who responsible for :

• Monitoring Proof of Delivery (PoD) collection from Logistic and Customer Care Team in area, to ensure the hardcopy supporting document is complete in order to Customer’s invoice submission process.

• Invoice submission to Customer’s locket and ensure the process are done accurately, completely and timely based on Customer’s guidance and requirement.

• Act as an Finance Billing representative in area to manage the collection of PoD and Invoice submission process.

General Requirements :

• Male with max. age of 35 years old

  Education background minimum D3

• Having work experience for a minimum 6 months in Finance or Sales related

• Willing to work under pressure

• Customer-focused mindset

• Hard working and able to work independently & team

• Willing to work under 3rd parties agency

• Proficient in driving motorcycle

• Have a valid driver’s license (SIM C)

• Have own motorcycle for work purposes (to Customer’s locket)
