Account Support

This position is responsible for conducting daily visits to offline and online stores, with targets of at least 14 offline stores and 40 online stores per day. Key tasks include acquiring new stores, reactivating inactive stores, and ensuring visited stores remain active. Additionally, the role involves managing communication through WhatsApp groups for partners and conducting online training sessions twice a week for partner development.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Preferably with experience in Sales or Marketing, especially in the consumer goods industry.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in motivating teams.

• Must have a smartphone and proficiency in using relevant digital applications for fieldwork and reporting.

• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and communicate effectively.

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic about fieldwork and online community engagement.

• Must own a private vehicle and be knowledgeable about the local area for efficient visits.

• Ability to prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
