Maintain and educate and improve relationships with agents -

Monitoring agent performance according to area of ​​responsibility -

Requirement : 

 Understand territory management (call plan, call meet, effective call, POSM) 

Have at least 1 year of experience in the retail industry 

Used to working in the field 4. Own a personal vehicle (motorcycle) 

Well-groomed appearance and active communication, possess good communication and time management skills 

Used to a routine schedule of store visits according to the call plan 

Experienced in managing stores and increasing store sales targets 

Experienced in acquiring new potential stores 

Used to a target of at least 25 visits per day
