Responsibilities: 

Visiting, educating and acquiring potential agents. 

Maintaining, educating, and enhancing relationships with existing agents. 

Monitor agent performance according to area of responsibility. 

Implementing targeted and target-based sales strategies. 

Improving agent productivity. 

Qualifications: 

Education at least Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 1 year experience in sales. 

Have good interpersonal communication skills. 

Able to persuade customers to buy products and have a good understanding of the products sold.
