Requirement :

 - A Bachelor's degree (S1) is required. 

-  Preferably has experience in Sales or Marketing, especially within the consumer goods industry. 

-  Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in leading and motivating teams. 

- Must have a smartphone and be proficient in using digital applications relevant to fieldwork and reporting. 

- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and communicate effectively. 

- Highly motivated and enthusiastic about fieldwork, with the readiness to conduct routine daily visits and manage online community engagement. 

- Must own a private vehicle and have in-depth knowledge of the local city area for efficient visit activities. -

 Ability to prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
