This role is in the Kios Strategy and Planning team, responsible for auditing sales performance, managing reports, and training both the sales team and Kios agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit sales team performance (online, phone, visits).

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 

Conduct product and skill training for sales team and Kios agents.

Manage Kios agent programs. 

Calculate monthly sales incentives.


Required Skills:

Data analytics and administration. 

Public speaking. 

Content creation. 

Preferred Skills:

Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office.

Strong analytical skills. 

Good communication with team and agents. 

Training or public speaking experience.

Quick to adapt and handle administrative tasks. 

The role combines analysis, training, and administration in a dynamic environment.
