This role involves managing and engaging an online community of Tier 3-5 agents through WhatsApp and telesales. Key responsibilities include tracking agent engagement, sharing product updates and promotions, inviting agents to online classes, and achieving a target of 1000 online interactions per day. The role also includes reporting engagement data and presenting findings in daily briefings

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Sales or marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital tools for reporting.
Must own a vehicle and know the local area for efficient visits.
Ability to prepare detailed reports.

Location : Semarang, Yogyakarta, Solo (Surakarta)
