Accountant

The Responsibilities :

• Controlling risk and protecting assets

• Making sure that internal procedures are being followed and that internal controls have been put in place.

• Making sure that the purchasing, payment processes, payment remittance, and accounting software record-keeping processes all work according to plan.

• Establishing procedures and ensuring that correct procedure is carried out.

• Assist management with important financial decisions.

• Supervise employees in preparing financial reports.

• Handling Internal and external audit and tax audit process.

• Keep up to date on USGAAP and PSAK

• Understand the financial status of a company to meet USGAAP & PSAK requirements and keep the financial statement in good standing.

• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

The Requirement :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting from reputable university.

• Minimum 5 years of satisfying experience in the same role in Manufacturing company (preferably paper and converting industry, chemical, automotive, or other large-scale industry)

• Good understanding and practical experience on the finance and accounting principles and standards (USGAAP & PSAK)

• Excellent communication skills ie. ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.

• Preferable experience in SAP or ERP

• Attention to detail.

• Basic math skills to make accurate calculations and estimates.

• Organization and project management

• Good in operating MS Excel and MS Office in general

• Fluent in English both oral and written

• Able to work in a dynamic team environment and high work demand.

• Good analytical and conceptual thinking
