We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll. - Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budget forecasts. - Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements. - Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field. - CPA certification preferred. - 5+ years of experience in accounting or related field. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
