Accounting Staff

Job Description and Responsibility:

• Accurately and timely record all financial transactions of the company in the general journal and special journals.

• Ensure that all transactions are recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Regularly report the company's financial condition to management.

• Perform monthly reconciliations between bank statements and internal accounting records.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies found during the reconciliation process.

• Prepare and support the internal and external audit process.

• Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.

• Identify financial trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.

• Monitor budget realization and report deviations to superiors.

Job Requirement:

• Male/Female

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, Management, or Taxation

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Staff

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Accounting competency certification is a plus

• Fluent in English (Minimum TOEFL score: 500)
