Accounting Staff

Job Description: * Manage financial records and accounting administration accurately and in a timely manner. * Prepare and monitor budgets and actual expenses (Budget vs. Actual). * Prepare regular cost reports and financial analysis. * Verify invoices, purchase orders (PO), vendor contracts, and supporting financial documents. * Perform data reconciliation with relevant teams. * Analyze cost efficiency and provide cost-saving recommendations. * Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Project Managers, and vendors/suppliers. * Monitor Cost/Variation Orders (CO/VO) to ensure alignment with the approved budget and contract terms. Qualifications: * Male, Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting. Fresh graduates with a strong understanding of accounting principles are welcome to apply. * Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, for data analysis and reporting. * Familiar with accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, or Zahir. * Good understanding of basic cost accounting, including cost of goods/production cost recording and daily transaction reconciliation. * Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments. * Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team while meeting deadlines. * Experience in the F&B, retail, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
