Accounting Staff - Jakarta

Job Description :

• Daily and monthly maintain and verifying all the Food and Mart cancellation orders reimbursement .

• Actively participate in daily team or external meetings to discuss the tasks of the day .

• Responsible and be key person to liaise with 300+ brands of enterprise merchants queries and needs of financial related matters

• Leads the finance operations for Food and

• Verifying data for monthly invoice

• Reconcile and monitor data and ground ops for cashout issues

• Investigate the root causes of merchants complaints

• Handling data billing (pre billing), make the script to get the data billing easier .

• Perform regular checking of fraud activities done by merchant for reimbursement .

• Ensure Merchants requests (reports, ad hoc questions, reimburse requests, invoice processing) served with good quality and SLA

Requirements:

• S1 in Economic Accountant

• 1 - 2 years experience in Payment Operation .

• Good in handling about Ms.Office, and Pivot .

• Able to work with SQL Query .

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
