Accounting Staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and complete monthly bank settlements.

• Financial Transaction Processing: Process financial transactions end-to-end, ensuring accuracy in recording and compliance with company policies.

• Tax Filing: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with corporate tax requirements.

• Record Keeping: Update, organize, and maintain the organization's accounting records, financial reports, and general ledger accounts.

• Financial Statements Preparation: Assist in preparing financial statements to provide management with up-to-date financial information.

• Payment Processing: Prepare payments by accruing expenses, processing disbursements, and reconciling accounts.

• Audit Support: Assist with documentation and provide information for internal and external audits.

• Budget Support: Support developing and reviewing operating budgets and performance forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Skills:

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management.

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

  • Understanding of corporate taxes and general ledger accounting principles.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in an accounting role or a related field
