Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site Accounting & Tax Supervisor role located in Cilandak at Mekatronik Andalan Prima. The Accounting & Tax Supervisor will be responsible for managing financial statements, improving & utilizing accounting software/templates, analyzing financial data, preparing journal entries, and overseeing tax compliance.

Qualifications:

• Financial Statements and Accounting Software skills

• Finance and Analytical Skills

• Journal Entries (Accounting)

• Experience in tax compliance and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus

• Minimum experience in Accounting & Tax 3 years

Responsibilities :

• Finance and Account Report (Profit and Loss Report and Balance Sheet), collect, prepare, and interpret reports, budgets, accounts, and financial statements

• Tax Report (Monthly and Yearly) - SPT, PPH, PPN, Withholding Tax Certificate

• Controlling the company's treasury (income, expenses, and cash flow)

• Making annual and long-term financial plans (profit and loss, balance sheet & cash flow, and budget control)

• Making financial reports related to budgets, debts, receivables, costs

• Review Payment Daily

• Review AR Daily

• Review AP Daily
