Admin & Kasir

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Cashier to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing financial transactions, cash administration, and ensuring accurate and efficient recording of transactions. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of cashier duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales and financial transactions.

• Ensure that financial reports reconcile with the cash balance.

• Manage petty cash and handle replenishment as needed.

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of cash and related documents.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Handle administrative tasks related to transaction documentation and filing.

  Qualifications:

• Preferred fluent in English, Japanese, Korean.

• Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

• At least 1 year of experience as a cashier or finance admin (preferred). Proficient in using cashier software (POS) and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail in recording transactions.

• Communicative, disciplined, honest, and responsible.

• Able to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
