Qualification : 
- Minimum education D3/S1 in Law, Administration, or related field. - Minimum 1 year experience in Legal Admin position - Understanding the basics of laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia. 
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken 
- Relevant experience in a legal or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment 
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines 

Job Description : 
- Providing administrative and research support to our in-house legal team 
- Assisting with the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of various legal documents and contracts 
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support the legal team's work 
- Coordinating and organising legal files, documents, and records 
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as required 
- Providing general support to the legal department as needed
