Admin Logistik & Operasional Staff

Responsibility :

1. Handle the traffic of imported goods and documentations, also to produce detailed reports, and maintain database

2. Handle communications with internal and external parties

3. Ensure compliance with customs control policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

4. Understand how to mitigate risks related to the import goods and inventory management

5. Do routine stock opname

6. Assisting the manager in any other related projects/ office event

Technical and Specific Requirements :

1. Full time with age not more than 35 years old

2. S1 from any major background i.e. Mathematics (or any other science), Engineering (machine, industrial, electricity), Economics, Business Administration (minimum GPA of 3.5) from reputable university

3. Has min. 2 – 3 years of experience in Logistic, Operational, Import, or related roles

4. Have knowledge of Import Regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements. Be able stay updated on changes in import/ customs laws

5. Able to drive a car and has a SIM A (preferable has a SIM B1)

6. Proven skill in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Import Customs Apps

7. Able to work accurately, responsibly, and extremely detail oriented

8. Able to join immediately
