Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities: Handle daily administrative tasks related to jewelry sales and operations. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and partners in English via email, chat, and phone. Manage inventory records, order processing, and shipment tracking. Assist in updating product listings on e-commerce platforms and social media. Prepare reports, invoices, and other necessary documents. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Provide customer support and handle inquiries professionally. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications. Qualifications: Proficiency in English for daily communication (both written and spoken). Previous experience in administration, e-commerce, or customer service (preferably in jewelry or fashion). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and e-commerce platforms. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
