Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description
Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring approval and timely submission to suppliers.
Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor inventory to maintain sufficient stock and avoid overstocking.
Organize and maintain purchasing documents, such as invoices and receipts.
Research and compare supplier prices to secure the best deals without compromising quality.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet purchasing needs efficiently.
Prepare reports on purchasing activities, costs, and savings.
Resolve issues like incorrect shipments or delivery delays.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or administrative roles
Fluent in both written and spoken English (active communication required).
Basic knowledge of supply chain processes.
Familiarity with procurement rules (preferred).
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
