Input sales data into the system until it becomes a Sales Order

To check and verify all purchase orders for customers according to price reference and selling conditions

To issue Customer Order Forms (COF) to initiate deliveries of goods to customers.

To follow and control Monier sales policy (pricing, customer segmentation, credit & payment terms, safety & disciplinary procedures) ;

To advise Sales Manager immediately upon failures

To liaise internally with the A/R / Collector department to ensure delivery schedules align with customer payment conditions at that time.

To maintain customer databases, ensure collection from sales reps and computation of all relevant information

To liaise internally with the internal team regarding sales data regarding Forecast and Order Confirmed to be delivered weekly. Print invoices and tax invoices.
