Admin Sales & Marketing Staff

Job Description:

• Handle administrative requests and inquiries from the marketing and sales teams related to customer support;

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations;

• Provide administrative support to the sales team;

• Manage administrative and logistical tasks related to the sales process, including the preparation of contracts and NDAs; and

• Maintain and regularly update the customer database.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an administrative or secretary role, preferably in the logistics industry;

• Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Sales Administrator;

• Detail-oriented and meticulous;

• Strong communication skills; and

• Willing to work in Pluit, North Jakarta.
