About the Team:

The Campaign Ops team is responsible for setting up campaigns and bridging between stakeholders to support their needs.

Job Description:

Understand the necessary documents and request flows for campaigns.

Perform quality checks on each document submitted by stakeholders.

Compile and submit the final QC-ed requests to the relevant team for setup.

Conduct in-app campaign quality checks.

Core Objectives:

Assist with the submission flow of campaigns.

Ensure the submission is 100% accurate.

Ensure the campaign goes live on time.

Essential Experience / Criteria:

Proficiency in Excel, including implementation, application, and advanced formula usage.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to quickly assimilate new information and adapt to changing environments.

Desirable Experience / Criteria:

Proficiency in Excel.

Basic English knowledge (reading, listening).
