Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description:

  1. Support Merchant Engagement Operations in South and Central Sumatra.

  2. Assist merchant partners by resolving issues via phone calls.

  3. Participate in on-ground operational projects to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum D3/S1 (fresh graduates or experienced).

  2. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

  3. Team player, target-driven, and eager to learn.

  4. Good communication skills and quick learner.

  5. Fluent in English (preferred).

  6. Familiar with Lampung (and Metro) area.

  7. Proficient in MS Office / GSuite (basic Excel/Gsheets).

  8. Motivated and willing to exceed expectations.

  9. Must live in Bandar Lampung.
