Admin Warehouse (Bali)

Requirements:

1. Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Warehouse Admin in a Logistics, FMCG, F&B Retail, or Warehouse company.

2. Minimum education of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, preferably in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or any related field.

3. Advanced Excel/Spreadsheet skills.

4. Strong attention to detail, adaptable, and excellent time management skills.

5. Data-driven mindset and accustomed to working with data.

6. Ability to communicate actively and politely in a two-way manner.

7. Must reside in Bali and be available to join immediately.

Job Description:

1. Recording and managing the flow of incoming and outgoing goods from the warehouse (FIFO).

2. Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of stock in the warehouse.

3. Creating reports on stock availability for management.

4. Willing to be assigned to any warehouse or logistics area in Bali.
