Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at PT. Primason Indo Baru, located in Medan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, answering calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. You will also assist with various office tasks and maintain a professional and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Discretion and confidentiality

• Bachelor Degree diploma (S1/D3) or equivalent (or currently in University) (sedang kuliah/ telah lulus kuliah S1)

• additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Tax is preffered (S1 di bidang Akuntansi dan Perpajakan diutamakan)

Jadwal Kerja: Senin - Sabtu (08:00 - 17:00)
