Add Motivation Letter - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, of related field - Candidates with at least one wear of experience in an administrative or finance role as well as recent graduates, are encouraged to apply - Experience in administrative support, finance support, grant management, or event coordination - Strong organisational skill with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Bahasa Indonesia - Operational Knowlegde and skills in financial administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Financial Administration and Reporting: Support the collection and processing invoices, reimbursements, and other supporting documents. Organize filing system for all grant-related documentation and correspondence. Serve as one of the points of contact for grant-related enquiries from universities, staff, and external stakeholders. Prepare and disseminate communications regarding grant informations, deadlines, and requirements to universities. Provide assistance in the overall administration and financial transactions of grant recipients and SCOPE-HE - Event Coordination: Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and preparation of materials - Liaise with universities, staff and external partners to ensure the successful excution of events - Support in overall the planning and delivery of SCJPE-HE events
