Administration Support Specialist (Experienced in ERP ODOO/POWER BI)

About the Assignment: As administration support specialist, you are going to work closely with the team's demand planner and replenishment associates to process data and generate our order strategy. You also have to ensure any plans from the Supply Chain team are well communicated to all of the related operation teams. If you loves working with various teams, as well as interested on polishing your data analysis skills, this role might be suitable for you!

The Core Objectives:

1. Assisting replenishment associates on calculating regular and adhoc replenishment plan, as well as doing order submissions to suppliers

2. Coordinate internally with Central Warehouse team, Merchandising team, and externally with suppliers for order inbound scheduling

3. Assist the team on generating weekly reports and updates

Essential Experience / Criteria:

1. Diploma/ Bachelor degree from any majors

2. Familiar with Microsoft Excel is a must

3. Familiar with Google workspace

4. Strong attention to details

5. Able to communicate effectively with multiple teams

6. Willing to learn

Desirable Experience / Criteria:

1. Familiar with any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferably Odoo, is a plus

2. Familiar with Microsoft Power BI is a plus
