Agency operations staff

We are a growing startup in the entertainment industry, an industry that runs 24/7 and never sleeps. We are currently looking for someone who is logical, organized, and responsible to support daily operations. The candidate must be willing to work on national holidays and night shifts when required. Experience or a strong interest in the entertainment industry is a major plus. We do not require prior experience in a relevant field, what matters most is the willingness to learn and grow.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in running daily operations and managing talent

• Ensure talent meets predefined targets

• Create schedules and support all talent-related needs

• Record, evaluate, and report operational activities

• Provide input and solutions when operational issues arise

• Take initiative to resolve problems independently

Qualifications:

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Disciplined, responsible, and highly motivated to grow

• Relevant experience is a plus
